The current dissertation has been done as part of the master degree program of tourist administration with direction the administration of air flights with intention to obtain the master degree. Scope of the current research and dissertation was to analyze and test the professional burnout and how the latter could affect the picture of the final product and services in the job of flight crew. Firstly, we define the objective scope of the research and we attach the bibliographic scope of the research objectives and we document the information that was extracted from the definition of these objectives. Then, the research hypotheses were defined and are related with the subject of the dissertation. Research was done based on the defined hypotheses.
