| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή αναφέρεται σε ένα από τα πιο σημαντικά και συχνά γυναικολογικά προβλήματα, την έκτοπη κύηση. Πρόκειται για μια κατάσταση κατά την οποία η εμφύτευση του γονιμοποιημένου ωαρίου γίνεται έξω από τη μήτρα (εξωμήτριο) σε περιοχές όπως ο τράχηλος, οι ωοθήκες, η κοιλιακή χώρα καθώς και οι σάλπιγγες. Η συμπτωματολογία της έκτοπης κύησης παρουσιάζει ως κύρια χαρακτηριστικά την κολπική αιμορραγία και το κοιλιακό άλγος.Η έκτοπη κύηση αποτελεί σίγουρα μια παθολογική κατάσταση κατά την οποία η κύηση δεν μπορεί να συνεχιστεί και αν τα καταφέρει, περίπου στο 25% των περιπτώσεων – κυρίως οι κοιλιακές, οι προγνώσεις δεν είναι καλές τόσο για την μητέρα όσο και για το έμβρυο. Σκοπός λοιπόν και κατά συνέπεια ρόλος των μαιών , είναι η πληροφόρηση και η εκπαίδευση των γυναικών απέναντι στα συμπτώματα της εκτόπου κυήσεως με στόχο να μειωθεί η εμφάνισή της ή έστω (να αυξηθεί) η έγκαιρη διάγνωση της. | el |
| heal.abstract | This thesis refers to one of the most important and often gynecological problems, the ectopic pregnancy. This is a condition in which the implantation of the fertilize egg is done outside the uterus in areas such as the cervix, the ovary, the abdomen and the fallopian tubes. The symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are characterized by vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain. As for its treatment, it is mainly achieved by the pharmaceutical or surgical method.The ectopic pregnancy is a pathological condition in which the pregnancy can’t continue and if it does, in about 25% of cases – mainly the abdominal, the prognosis isn’t good for both the mother and the fetus. Consequently, the aim and the role of the midwife is to inform and educate the women about the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy with the aim of reducing its appearance or even increasing its early diagnosis. | en |
