The introduction of Apprenticeship into the classes of Technical Schools undoubtedly alternates and transforms the scenery of Technical Education in Greece. It is known that the tradition of Apprenticeship offers a long run tradition in Greece. However, it constitutes a fact that it is the first time that a connection between education of Technical Schools and work field is attempted. It perceived under the meaning that the workplace contributes to the gain of knowledge and skills. They are going to be used afterwards as experience and essential pledge ability during the job search restoration in the labour market. The present research project has tool the semi-directive interview with representatives of all concerned sides, teachers of 2nd Technical School of Drama who implemented the Class of apprenticeship during the years 2017-2018 and the instructors of businesses in which the apprenticeships took place the trainees of the Apprenticeship Classes of ‘Aesthetic Art’. Through case basis research we will investigate the so far effectiveness of the introduction of the institution Class Apprenticeship of the specialiazation Aesthetic Art to the 2nd Technical School in Drama.
