Organic compost fertilizer production from domestic waste, utility and perspectives (Bachelor thesis)

Αντικείμενο της παρούσας πτυχιακής είναι η παρουσίαση της κομποστοποίησης των οικιακών υπολειμμάτων και η χρήση των προϊόντων της διαδικασίας αυτής στην γεωργία.
Αρχικά, γίνεται εκτεταμένη αναφορά στα είδη και τη χρήση των λιπασμάτων. Έπειτα, αναλύεται ο τρόπος κομποστοποίησης και παρουσιάζονται τα πλεονεκτήματα και τα μειονεκτήματα που έχει η χρήση του κομπόστ. Στη συνέχεια, αναλύεται ο τρόπος κομποστοποίησης με γαιοσκώληκες, τα είδη των κάδων που υπάρχουν, καθώς επίσης και οι θετικές επιδράσεις που έχει ο κόμπος στη βιολογική γεωργία και το περιβάλλον. Τέλος, παρουσιάζονται τα οφέλη από την ανακύκλωση και την κομποστοποίηση στην Ελλάδα και την Ευρωπαϊκή ΄Ενωση με παράδειγμα τη Γερμανία.

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is to present the composting of household waste and the use of products of this process in agriculture. Initially, it makes extensive reference to species and the use of fertilizers. Then it discusses the composting method and presents the advantages and disadvantages of the use of compost. Then the compost analyzed how earthworms, types of containers available, as well as the positive impacts from the knot in organic farming and the environment. Finally, presented the benefits of recycling and composting in Greece and the European Union as an example Germany. |
