Brewing beer from barley (Bachelor thesis)

Αντικείμενο της παρούσας πτυχιακής είναι η περιγραφή των σταδίων της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας της μπύρας.
Αρχικά, γίνεται μια ιστορική αναδρομή στην ιστορία της ζυθοποιίας από το παρελθόν μέχρι σήμερα και αναφέρονται οι πρώτες ύλες για την παραγωγή της. Στη συνέχεια, γίνεται λόγος για την παραγωγική διαδικασία και τα στάδια παραγωγής της μπύρας, την εκβιομηχάνιση της παραγωγής και τη συμβολή της τεχνολογίας στη σύγχρονη ζυθοποιία. Εξετάζονται δύο είδη αυτής, η lager και Ales και τέλος, παρατίθενται στατιστικά στοιχεία σε ότι αφορά την παραγωγή της μπύρας σε Ελλάδα και Ευρώπη.

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is to describe the stages of the production process of beer. Initially, it is a throwback to brewing history from the past until today and are the raw materials for its production. Then talk about the production process and beer production stages, industrialization of production and the contribution of technology in modern brewery. Examined two kinds thereof, lager and Ales and finally referred to statistics as regards the production of beer in Greece and Europe. |
