A linguistic approach to general and limited partnership (Bachelor thesis)

Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση των σχέσεων και συνεργασιών δύο τύπων επιχειρήσεων, των ομόρρυθμων και των ετερόρρυθμων.
Αρχικά, γίνεται παρουσίαση των ομοιοτήτων και των διαφορών ανάμεσα στις ομόρρυθμες και ετερόρρυθμες εταιρίες, δίνονται τα χαρακτηριστικά κάθε εταιρίας, το καταστατικό κατάρτιση τους, η διοικητική τους δομή και τα δικαιώματα των εταίρων. Αναλύεται η σχέση συνεργασιών και ο τρόπος λειτουργίας αυτού. Τέλος, γίνεται αναφορά στις εταιρείες περιορισμένης ευθύνης στην επωνυμία τους, τις εταιρικές εισφορές και τη διανομή κερδών τους.

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to present the relations and cooperation of two types of companies, general partnerships and limited partnerships. Initially, we present the similarities and differences between general partnerships and limited partnerships, the characteristics of each company are given, the statute establishing the administrative structure and the rights of shareholders. Analyzes the relationship and the way this operation. Finally, reference is made to limited liability companies in their name, corporate contributions and the distribution of profits. |
