The study aims to highlight the problems of succession in family businesses and the offer of the new generation than the old in them. Initially presented the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of family business, strategy, sustainability and growth factors, the daily operation and the problems where created.Then, consider the process of successful succession and how it can be ensured and finally presents the conclusions of research.
